Cecilia Bartin

Cecilia Bartin is a Missouri native and rising sophomore at Brown University. She was featured in Apple TV+’s 2024 documentary “Girls State,” a look into the leadership program featuring 500 high school-aged young women learning and participating in democracy. Cecilia’s passion for women’s rights led to her successful campaign for Governor of Missouri Girls State. Now, she’s making her case for why state Rep. Crystal Quade should be the state’s next actual – and first female – governor.
