Every month we've posted our list of best dressed celebrities--from the pop stars who really worked the red carpet to actresses whose off-set style caught our eye. Recently, though, we've run into a problem: There's just too many stylish celebs to pack into one measly month! Which is why from now on we'll be posting a best dressed list, filled with your favorite stars, every week! So who caught our fashion fancy this week? Jessica Szohr and Scott Pilgrim vs. the World star Mary Elizabeth Winstead went for subtle sex appeal in outfits with some sheer details like lace or mesh. Olivia Palermo, Penn Badgley and 30 Rock cutie Katrina Bowden all brought some fresh style to Target's fashion spectacular event that literally lit up NYC with a 14-storey light show kaleidoscope and fashion show at the Standard NYC, while Miranda Cosgrove and Jessica Lowndes showed off their style (and legs!) in short, sweet frocks! Diane von Furstenberg had such a good time at last year's Fashion's Night Out extravaganza, that this year she's stretching out the festivities with HP and Refinery29 to a three-day installation, dubbed the "Experience Lounge." Furstenberg says, "We wanted to come up with a concept that would take [Fashion's Night Out] into the digital universe," and the experience lounge does just that: Based out of the DVF Gallery at 14th and Washington, it comes equip with will cutting-edge fashion installations, HP TouchSmart PCs and web-enabled printers. And who better to kick off the cyber-meets-style event than online staple Refinery29.com? In addition to status updates and surprise special guests, party-goers and shoppers will be able to capture the memories in DVF's special "Fall Favorites" photo booth, which can stream live into the lounge on social feed monitors!

Ever wonder what it would be like to walk to the red-carpet like an A-list celebrity? Well, thanks to Henri Bendel your dreams of taking that turn on the star-studded carpet are about to become a reality! To celebrate Fashion's Night Out, Henri Bendel is offering shoppers and celebrators a taste of the good life, including getting their hair and makeup done at the Fekkai salon, picking out a red carpet Marchesa look, getting styled in House of Lavande jewels and then hitting the red carpet as Olivia Palermo gives them a tutorial in how to pose for the paparazzi--all just for $75. If that's not enough to have you lining up at the door, then perhaps Swavorski will do the trick--the designer crystal company will be on deck to bedazzle party-goers FNO t-shirts for free! After Taylor Momsen recently bashed Rihanna's pop-meets-rocker style in the latest issue of Spin magazine, we want to know: Who do you think should win this fashion feud? While Taylor might take offense when Rihanna dons a leather jacket, we're torn over which edgy songstress wears the rocker-staple fabric best! Taylor amped up the sex appeal on her tough leather jacket by opting for a midriff baring bustier top and skinny black pants. She adds more rocker flair with studded black boots, chunky rings, bedhead hair and of course, her signature kohl-rimmed eyes! Rihanna adds a sleek spin on her leather, with fitted one-shoulder little black dress that's anything but ordinary. She keeps the rest of the look simple with minimal accessories and nude heels--but her flame-red hair adds the final punch to the daring look! Who do you think wears their leather best? Macy's is throwing one star-studded event for this year's Fashion's Night Out fete--and the best part about this A-list event is that everyone's invited! We're so excited, we've already set out are party plan of attack! First, we'll kick things off right at 5pm with a tailgate party on Broadway, hosted by none other than Tommy Hilfiger! Once we've had our fill of the outdoor festivities, we'll be heading to the shoe department for a chance to mingle with songstress Joss Stone, and even walk away with a signed copy of her CD with any Nine West shoe purchase--that's what we call a two-for-one-price! Then we'll slap on our brand new shoes and head to the main floor for a chance to meet designer Oscar De La Renta. Now that we're sufficiently starstruck, it's finally time for our close-up! We'll head to the 2nd floor at 6pm for a photo shoot with Rachel Roy, and a chance to be featured in the designers Fall 2010 lookbook. To top it all off, we'll take the escalator two flights up for a chance to meet Jessica Simpson. Whew, we're exhausted just thinking about it!

For the bookworm in you, there'll be two book signings celebrating Island Records founder Chris Blackwell's book Keep on Running: The Story of Island Records. and photographer Johnn Rosza's book, Untouched. And when it's all said and done, you can walk out with a limited-edition Alexander McQueen scarf, on sale only during Barneys Fashion's Night Out 2010 party.

Fashion's Night Out is less than a month away, which means that the level of excitement for the event is reaching new decibels.
