Jerusalem Truth

Jerusalem Truth (she/they) is a Chicago-born, Brooklyn-based artist, writer, and cultural analyst. They received their B.S. in Media, Culture, and Communications with a focus in Visual/Sound Studies from New York University. Jerusalem loves to explore the intersections of Black and queer culture, music, and media in their work. Previously, they produced podcasts at NPR Music and Lemonada Media. Currently, Jerusalem writes for her Substack, Tainted Colosseum, where she writes about life, her latest fixations, and coming of age as a 2020s’ 20-something.
