The Icelandic-Chinese sensation took us behind the scenes at her NYC show to talk about all things music and style.

“The American dream and American coming-of-age isn’t real,” the artist explains.

“I kind of grew up with Kitty by my side,” Cathcart says. “[We’re] learning through each other, which is really cool.”

“I think I've become more subtle, not only music-wise, but overall as a person.”

She also called Joe Exotic an “embarrassment to the human community.”

The pair have been together for “about 18 months.”
