It’s no secret that plenty of people who make New Year’s resolutions start off in January feeling seriously motivated and gung-ho, only to fall off the wagon later on in the year. In fact, according to the Statistic Brain Research Institute, while 41% of Americans usually make New Year’s resolutions, only about 9% of people surveyed felt they were successful in achieving their resolutions. Streaks
Streaks is a to-do list app that will help you stay organized and motivated in regards to your 2017 resolutions, by tracking up to six tasks you want to complete each day with the goal of building, well, streaks of consecutive days. The app, which was a 2016 Apple Design Award winner, is available for Apple Watch with cool features like supporting the Apple Watch Breathe app and helping wheelchair users track their number of pushes and distance rolled.
