Abercrombie just released a preview of its first collection under new VP of Women’s Design Kristina Szasz and we must add: We want every single item. Kristina comes from prior design director roles at Tommy Hilfiger and Karl Lagerfeld, having also worked for a time at denim brands such as Levi’s, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Iceberg. In short? She’s the perfect amalgamation of denim aficionado and high-fashion creative that Abercrombie needed to add a refreshing spring in their step. We remember the Abercrombie of our youth: A teen-oriented brand, rife with denim mini skirts, colorful polo shirts, A&F branded tees, and jean shorts. That look is no longer.
