Aerie Released Its Activewear Collection Designed by Aly Raisman

After being named one of Aerie's role models, Aly Raisman is continuing to use her platform with the company to support those affected by sexual abuse. After previously collaborating with Aerie and choosing to partner with Darkness to Light, an organization aimed at "empowering adults to prevent child sexual abuse," the gymnast has unveiled a brand new Aerie collection, and up to 15% of proceeds from sales will directly benefit the organization.

Beginning today, you can shop the Aerie x Aly Raisman collection. The 9-piece activewear line is inspired by strength, wellness, and mindful living, and features leggings, bralettes, and more. In keeping with the arrival of spring, some pieces feature floral patterns, which serve as an ode to Aly's love of gardening. Additional pieces include motivational sayings, including a sports bra with the word, "Unstoppable." Pieces in the collection range from $25 to $50, and you can pick up your favorite items online or in Aerie stores.

As Aly previously explained to Teen Vogue in an interview, she chose Darkness to Light as her charity partner because they “have a shared vision for confronting child sexual abuse head-on." She continued, noting, "The lack of support and attention being devoted to the issue of sexual abuse within the sport of gymnastics, particularly at the grassroots level, inspired my partnership with Darkness to Light as they’re the leader in advocacy for the prevention of child sexual abuse."
