This movie really put Anna on the map—pun intended—when she played a young, ambitious woman working and traveling with George Clooney. Their job? Firing people. She goes through a full range of emotions in the movie and will make you laugh and cry.

Even though Anna's role wasn't huge in this comic book adaptation, she's a lot of fun as Stacey, Scott Pilgrim's (Michael Cera) younger sister who acts much older than he does.

Ready to cry? This is the time. Anna plays Joseph Gordon-Levitt's therapist as he battles cancer, and even though it sounds all dramatic, there are some sweet and funny moments along the way.

Elizabeth Banks and Anna co-starred together before Pitch Perfect, even though they didn't directly interact. Anna hooks up with her former flame (played by Chace Crawford, AKA Nate Archibald) and gets pregnant. Their story is a little sad, but they have great chemistry and some giggly scenes.

In a blink-and-you'll-miss-it role, Anna plays an old friend of Zach (The Amazing Spider-Man 2's Dane DeHaan) whose girlfriend Beth (Aubrey Plaza) becomes a zombie. Beth memorably tries to eat Anna, but it isn't a gory movie—it's really hilarious.

Grab some tissues for this one too, and maybe a friend while you're at it. Jake Gyllenhaal plays a cop in a bad part of town and gets into a lot of danger, while Anna plays his loving wife. They rap together in this movie and it. is. epic.
