However, you have access to custom cardio coaching and pre-planned workouts on your watch.

Seven
Seven challenges you to complete 7 minute workouts everyday for 7 months — it really is all in the name. This app is perfect for those who just don't have the time to dedicate hours at the gym every week. You also don't need any equipment, and anything you might want to add to your workouts can be found right in your home. Through illustrations and spoken word instructions, Seven allows you to become a "7/7 champion" in just a few months.
You get three "lives" when you first sign in, but if you miss more than three workouts, your champion progress resets back to zero and starting over is necessary. It's fun, challenging, and beneficial enough to get you moving everyday in the shortest amount of time possible.
