Three main reasons why I love this bag: 1) It’s designed by Stella McCartney. ’Nuff said. 2) It has separate compartments for dirty tennis shoes and sweaty clothes, which is genius. 3) You can use it as a weekend/overnight bag too.

I naturally have a really weird gait, and the customizable insoles in these shoes help neutralize the out-of-sync movements of my feet. As a result, I trained for the Nike Women’s Half Marathon last fall without getting a single injury!

A good friend coad me into finally trying the turbo-charged spin classes at SoulCycle, and I instantly became obsessed—not just with the superfun (and REALLY challenging) workout itself, but also with the adorable bandanas they sell. These are perfect for keeping your hair out of your face when taking a cycling class, going for a run, or dashing around town.
