The year is coming to an end and that can only mean one thing: It's time to compile (and celebrate, of course!) our favorite celebrity couples of 2014.
From long-lasting power-pairing Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards (all hail Zerrie!) to our dream duet partners Ariana Grande and Big Sean, and the impossibly gorgeous couple that is Cody Simpson and Gigi Hadid, there have been no shortage of A-listers who've found love this year. Thankfully, we were up to the incredibly challenging task of narrowing down the list to just 12 of our top picture-perfect picks.

One of our all time favorite pop-music power couples has to be One Direction's Zayn and Little Mix's Perrie. The two first met on the set of The X Factor in 2011 and announced their engagement in August 2013. No wedding date has been set just yet, but Perrie reportedly has her sights set on a fairytale-themed day. After all, you know what they say: a couple that goes to Disneyland together stays together.

Liam and his childhood crush Sophia first met when they were students in Wolverhampton, though it took them until August 2013 to finally and officially get together. Ever since, Liam hasn't been shy about declaring his love for the London-based university student, even calling himself the "luckiest guy in the world" on Instagram. Sigh. We'd be jealous if they weren't so perfect together…

Believe it or not, Girls creator/writer/all-around genius Lena Dunham and her fun. guitarist BF Jack Antonoff first met when they were set up on a blind date in 2012. Fast forward two years and the ultimate cool couple are supporting each other through major career milestones. In fact, they're so adorable that BFF Taylor Swift even wrote them a "someday wedding song" entitled "You Are In Love." We're melting.

The long-time co-stars (first: Adult World, now: American Horror Story) first sparked dating rumors in 2013. Despite having a bit of an on-again, off-again relationship, her beau popped the question in January and they've been going strong ever since. Evan insists that they're just "enjoying being engaged right now," but we can't wait to see what super-stylish Emma picks to wear on her big day.

Though the talented twosome recorded a song—"Right There"—together for Ariana’s My Everything album, speculation that the duo were dating didn’t really begin until she brought Big Sean on stage during Wango Tango in May. Since then, the now-confirmed couple has positively won us over with their incredible duets ("Best Mistake," anyone?) and their too-cute selfies.

We know that they met on the set of The Amazing Spider-man 2, but the low-key couple, often spotted hand-in-hand on the streets of New York, have preferred to stay tight-lipped about their relationship. Nevertheless, during a recent appearance on The Tonight Show, Andrew did open up a bit about his lady love, admitting that she's "just magic." Swoon.

Right now, the two are maintaining that they’re ’just friends,’ but there’s no denying that Matt—with his rock-star look—is totally Taylor’s type.
