On the fall 2019 Paris Fashion Week runways, drama was the operative theme in the hair and makeup department. Deep burgundy lips gothed up the playful 1970s vibes at Chloe and red and pink eye makeup punched up the already romantic gowns at Valentino. Noir Kei Ninomiya sent models down the runway wearing full faces of roses and Paco Rabbane gave us an elegant way to wear the hair clip trend with pretty much any style.
