Shay Mitchell is a literal goddess on pretty much every level. The Pretty Little Liars actress is an all-around fashion icon, a beauty inspiration, an author, a YouTube vlogger extraordinaire, and she’s basically the girl we all wish we could be BFFs with. If you’ve ever taken a look at Shay’s Instagram, you’ll understand why her fans are so obsessed. In addition to the flawless selfies, Shay’s Instagram page shows that she loves her friends (especially Ashley Benson!), she loves to travel, and she can pull off literally any fashion trend. For #NationalDogDay, Shay ‘grammed a picture of her dog Angel, a German Shepherd mix that she adopted from a shelter. She captioned the photo, “Ignore her side eye, she loves it!” Shay has been outspoken about the importance of adopting animals, rather than purchasing them from a breeder.

Shay is really dedicated to working out. Both her Instagram and Snapchat show that she is frequently at the gym, and that she cares a lot about staying healthy. They have to have the skill, and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.”
