Ice Spice, Katy Perry & More Go the Daring Route for Billboard's 2024 Women in Music Event — See Photos

Where else would you see Ice Spice, Katy Perry, and the girls of NewJeans than on the Billboard Women in Music red carpet?

When it comes to fashion, Billboard's yearly event is never, ever boring — which is why we look forward to it every year. The aptly titled event, which honors women in the music industry, is a place to have fun with your look and stand out instead of blending in. Rappers, pop stars, country singers, and everything in between show up for the celebration, and this year’s awards show was all about daring, thong-baring vibes. I guess Rosalía's risky sheer ‘fit at least year’s event really did set a precedent.

Corsets continued their red carpet domination, with Katy Perry hitting the carpet in a crimson red strapless lace-up corset and skirt set with a black G-string peeking over the top of the skirt, paired with sky-high black platform heels, retro baby bangs, and red lipstick — oh, a flesh-like, 3D butterfly tramp stamp.

Speaking on stamps, Ice Spice put her stamp on the coquette trend in a black corseted minidress with sheer off-the-shoulder sleeves, a tulle tutu-inspired skirt, and sweet bow details on the bodice and hip, pairing it with down-to-there straight hair. Justine Skye looked gorgeous in a black, almost liquidy leather corset gown with sculpted chest cups with pierced nipple details. Victoria Monét blended crochet and snake print in her layered look. Charli XCX was also there repping the sheer trend with a fully-exposed back, as well as the members of NewJeans, looking adorable in coordinating plaid outfits.
