Carly Rae Jepsen's Teen Choice Awards Makeup

Call Me Maybe rocketed Carly Rae Jepsen into the spotlight, and her "Breakout Artist" win at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards proved that it's definitely her time to shine. With a radiant complexion, dramatic eyeliner, and glossy lips, all eyes were on her at the show. Recreate the luminous look with these tips from Carly's makeup artist, Desirae Cherman.

"I always love for skin to glow," says Cherman. "To achieve that, you have to start with good skin prep. I started with Jurlique Lavender Hydrating Mist to moisten and balance Carly's complexion. While the skin soaks in the prep products, I begin the eyes. I primed her eyelid and drew the eyeliner above her lashes. Then, I blended that dark pencil into her crease and added a shimmering eyeshadow on top. I used a medium coverage foundation, Dermablend Smooth Indulgence Foundation in Fawn, to really give skin a glow. I also used Dermablend Smooth Indulgence Concealer in Nude to highlight and brighten the under-eye area. I applied a light pink stain on her lips for a touch of color. For the finishing touch, I used Dermablend Smooth Indulgence Mineral Finishing Powder in Dusk on her t-zone area."
