Creativity is clearly Charlotte's strong point. Whether she's creating a crazy-cool sunset-inspired eyeshadow look or crafting her own makeup storage out of soda cans, this vlogger is never short on bright ideas. The tutorials on her channel, Charltomwintale, are easy to follow and well-designed. And she's mastered the art of fast-forwarding certain parts of her makeup looks (like speeding through minutes of blending!) to keep her viewers engaged throughout each tutorial. Genius!

Graphic design and communication. I love how creative I can be, whether I'm designing a fashion magazine spread or a restaurant menu.
**What's your dream job? **
I would love to be a fashion stylist or the director of a fashion magazine.
Aside from vlogging, what do you like to do in your free time?
I really enjoy looking through magazines to get ideas and inspiration. And of course shopping!

I'm completely addicted to the new singles by Miley Cyrus and Lady Gaga.
Where did you grow up?
A town called Essex, which is right next to London.
What camera do you use?
At the moment I'm filming on a JVC Everio camcorder, but I'm looking to upgrade to a Nikon D5100 very soon.

Being able to inspire others and having the chance to make new friends from all around the world!
Who are a few of your favorite beauty gurus?
I love all the girls over on The Platform. They’re all so talented and lovely! I also really enjoy BeautyCrush and Kandee Johnson, whom I was lucky enough to meet. It’s clear how much time and effort they put into each and every video.
Many of our readers want to start their own channels. What three nitty-gritties would you advise them to do or not to do?
Have a good camera, don’t listen to the haters or take anything they say to heart, and just be yourself.

The Maybelline New York 24 Hour Color Tattoo Eyeshadows are just so easy to work with.
**What are your three can’t-live-without-them beauty essentials? **
A good concealer, mascara, and eyeliner!
Do you have any cool storage tricks for keeping all your stuff organized?
Clear acrylic draws are great. Also I’ll take a can opener to a cool-looking soda can and file off the sharp edges to make a pretty brush holder.
