What To Wear On College Move-In Day
Moving into your college dorm is a momentous occasion. This is probably the first time you'll live away from home and the first time you'll be dealing with a roommate. But before you start to navigate classes and other aspects of collegiate life, you have to settle into your room and meet everyone on your hall. What ever will you wear? We've got you covered.
Comfort is key here — move-in does indeed involve some physical labor. This means you should ditch the heels for now, and instead opt for cute sneakers or ballet flats. Depending on the climate of your campus of choice, go for stretchy jeans, looser-fitting shorts, or even a romper if you want to up the ante a bit. Keep it easy on top with a tee or chambray button-down, and don't forget a bag (may we suggest a cross-body tote?) that can hold your phone, college ID, and new set of keys.
