Dalmatian-Inspired Polka-Dot Nail Art Tutorial
Spring is upon us, and it's time to put away the dark polishes and try something fresh. Before you begin your manicure, be sure your nail beds are smooth, clean, and free of oils or residue of any sort. When applying polish, start with a sweep down the middle and then fill the sides with one smooth sweep each. Don't forget to use a base coat! To get this look use Ginger + Liz polishes in The Professional and Royal Flush.

Apply two to three coats of Ginger + Liz polish in The Professional and let it dry completely. Then apply a top coat as you usually would.

Pour a small amount of Royal Flush onto a flat surface—we used a postcard. Taking your striper brush (you can find one at most beauty supply stores), dip the tip of the bristles into the Royal Flush.

Start applying the spots with a steady hand and make sure the spots are imperfect. To keep the Dalmatian spots looking matte, skip the top coat at the end.
