Someone Posted an eBay Listing For Damn Daniel's White Vans
1/8By now, you've probably seen "Damn Daniel," once or twice...and by that, we mean a couple of hundred times. The viral tweet features a supercut of Snapchat videos dedicated to our hero, Daniel Lara, and his impressive collection of kicks, most notably his white Vans. But you know how the saying goes: with great virality comes great responsibility.
The pranksters of the internet have already decided to see exactly how much they can profit from the meme, and have set up eBay pages purporting to sell the original white Vans (you know, the ones Daniel was "back at it again" with). A few news sites even began circulating the rumor that Daniel had been jumped for them, and was in critical condition after the attack — and that his attackers had set up an auction page for their bounty. Thankfully, the teen hasn't been harmed in light of his newfound fame, and has still been tweeting memes made from the meme that started it all. (That's so meta.)
Still, that leaves the matter of the eBay page, which looks something like this...

1. The white Vans Daniel sports in the video are slip-ons, and not lace-up sneakers.
2. Paying upwards of $3,000 for shoes that retail at $45 is more than a little crazy. You're better off saving that cash for the next Yeezy waitlist.
