Debby Ryan looked seriously glamorous at the premiere of the new Disney animated film, Secret of the Wings. Her makeup was soft and sweet, complementing her showstopping hair and bold blue ensemble. Celebrity makeup artist Elle Leary created her look with "a more natural and glowing approach," making sure to take extra care when prepping Debby's skin.
For the hair, celebrity hairstylist Brian Magallones carefully straightened Debby's long mane, adding some shine serum for dramatic effect. The combination of sleek hair and glowing skin made Debby sparkle as bright as the film's star Tinker Bell.

The Hair
Magallones wanted Debby's hair to look smooth and sleek, so he started by combing some René Furterer Straightening Gel through her wet hair. Then, he blow-dried her hair straight using a large round brush with a mixture of nylon and boar bristles.
Once it was dry, he flat-ironed her hair, parted it down the middle, and held it in place all day with René Furterer Vegetal Finishing Spray. He finished with a light mist of René Furterer Glossing Spray for healthy, beautiful shine.

The Makeup
Leary gave Debby a "mini facial" before applying her makeup to get her skin glowing from the inside out. She started with Malin + Goetz 10% Glycolic Acid Pads. Then, for moisture, she applied Malin + Goetz Detox Face Mask and finished with Malin + Goetz Vitamin E Face Moisturizer.
Then, it was time to start on her makeup. Leary used Laura Mercier Tinter Moisturizer SPF 20 and lightly dusted It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores HD Silk Micro Finishing Anti-Aging Powder on her forehead, around her nose, and on her chin. They wanted the eyes to be soft, so she tapped Chanel Illusion D'Ombre Long Wear Luminous Eyeshadow in Illusoire just on the lid and bottom lash line. Then, she smudged Chanel Le Crayon Yeux Precision Eye Definer in Brun Intense just along the top last line to add some drama and focus. Leary finished off with a couple coats of mascara and Hed Kandi False Eyelashes in Twisted Disco.
To kick up her color, she added a hint of blush just on the apples of the cheeks with Clarins Blush Prodige Illuminating Cheek Colour in Miami Pink. Lastly, she used one of Debby's staples for her lips, Obsessive Compulsive Cosmetics Lip Tar in Hush.
