1/10Using thread that matches the leg warmer, sew the leg warmer onto the boot through the punched holes.

3/10Cut the top of the boot to the desired height. To ensure that you get a clean, straight cut, mark a line with pencil first.
4/10Using the smallest hole diameter, punch holes along the edge of the boot, spaced about a quarter of an inch apart.
5/10Inexpensive pull-on boots (we used Aldo) Leg warmers (we used Uniqlo) Scissors Revolving leather punch (available at Amazon.com) Needle (with large eye) and thread
6/10Finally, just roll the leg warmer down on top of itself to achieve the preferred height and scrunched look.
