Elle: I started making my own videos in my bedroom in the summer of 2008. I was home from college and really bored that summer, so I just decided to post a makeup tutorial to the internet! Over 3 years later I am still posting and loving it!
Blair: Being the little sister that I was, I totally wanted to be like my big sis, so I started making videos as well! I can't believe we're where we are today!
**How did the idea for Beauty Vlogger Boot Camp come about? **
Blair: We originally thought of this idea because we've been getting so many messages from girls and boys all over the world, asking for our advice on how they can be successful beauty vloggers and fashion gurus. This show is the perfect way to help some of them get their foot in the door and really shine.

Elle: It’s the online destination for everything fashion and beauty. It’s a great site filled with helpful product reviews, styling tips and tricks, fashion and beauty news and so much more. If you’re a fashion and beauty lover like me, this is a site you should definitely bookmark.
**What’s it like to be part of something so unique and new? **
Blair: We are so excited that Beauty Vlogger Boot Camp is on youtube.com/ulookhaute, which we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. It’s perfect for our viewers.

Blair: Our favorite challenges were the ones where the contestants really needed to be on their physical A-game, too. All I can say right now is: running in heels.
**If there was one challenge you could've taken part in, what would it be? **
Elle: We don't want to give anything away, but we love one that included some very special guests.

Blair: All of the contestants really have so much passion and personality. We can't wait for you to see them all in action. We got to know them all and really enjoyed our time with them.
**What was the most difficult part of filming? **
Elle: Saying goodbye to each contestant after we eliminated him or her. That was hard to do. Each one was outstanding in their own way, so it was difficult for us to have to make these types of decisions to elimate them.

Elle: My advice is too just put yourself out there and try. I think the hardest step is making that first video to post to the internet, but that's what we did one summer, many summers ago in our bedroom. It got us where we are today, so I would definitely encourage people to do that.
