Figure out what you're passionate about and find a way to pursue that. So for me it was acting, and I waited to start auditioning professionally until I graduated from college because I really wanted to immerse myself in my studies. I studied theater at USC and I work with a private coach when I do auditions like that, so I think just working your butt off and figuring out what you're passionate about.

Yeah, definitely. I think I had no idea how important accessories were. They can really make an outfit, even a simple black dress. If you add a statement piece of jewelry you can turn it into something more glam. And then I think the biggest thing I've learned from Jane is that she takes such great care in getting dressed everyday. It's really a creative form of self-expression for her. I certainly have started taking greater care of picking out clothes from my own closet, although my closet is not nearly as cool!

I'm a big vintage gal, so my favorite thing for spring is generally a 1950s silhouette. I love a long dress just belted because it's simple but it's still feminine. It's a go-to for me

Yes, I am going to a lot of shows! Erin Fetherston, Betsey Johnson, and Nanette Lepore—they did cameos on Jane, so I'm really excited to see their stuff. Timo Weiland, Jil Stuart, Peter Som... there's a ton!
How did you choose your outfits for Fashion Week?
ABC Family has in-house stylists for the network, Laura Schuffman and Saba Salehi. They're absolutely incredible, and they bring in tons of clothes and we try on a bunch of different look and take pictures. It sort of reminds me of that scene from , because she doesn't use a mirror, she just has her friend take pictures of her with polaroids.

Lip gloss! I'm a big lipgloss freak. Lipstick, because I'm really into Tom Ford's Black Orchid lipstick right now. Sunglasses... I have a really cool pair of these bamboo sunglasses that I wear all the time. Plus, my iPhone, my ID, and usually some piece of candy. I always have candy in my purse!
