Every Single Golden Globes 2018 After-Party Look You Have to See

At the 2018 Golden Globes, nearly every star on the red carpet chose to wear black. They wore the hue to honor those victims of sexual assault, stand up for female empowerment, and make news of initiatives like Time’s Up and #MeToo. To make the carpet even more political, many celebrities brought activists as their dates, giving these powerful women a global platform on which to speak about the issues they fight for. After one of the most striking and empowering Golden Globes ceremonies in recent memory, however, most attendees went on to kick up their heels at the after-parties in and around L.A. on Sunday night. Many winners were joined by other celebrity friends who were not at the ceremony itself, while other attendees chose to change into a second all-black look for the night. Though the dress code still rang strong as the evening went on, there was a more festive feel and collective breath of more lighthearted joy as the women and men were able to get together and celebrate those who had been honored earlier in the evening.
