Amanda Bisk is a former pole-vaulter who was prepping for the London Olympics in 2012. Shortly before, she started experiencing flu-like symptoms and after six months of doctors appointments, she was diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), a disorder that can cause intense fatigue that just won’t quit, even with sleep, as well as muscle pain, headaches, and a sore throat. Having to quit her dreams and taking a new focus on herself, Bisk started practicing yoga and introduced new exercises like walking, swimming, and body weight strength. Since then, she’s amassed over 500K followers and encourages leading the happiest life.

Alexa Brown is a 25-year-old mom who began her workout journey after having her first baby.
