Look Inside Gigi Hadid's $4 Million New York Apartment
Gigi Hadid just bought an apartment at 10 Bond in Manhattan, and it is so beautiful, I would be on the floor in the fetal position if I wasn't putting together this gallery right now. According to Forbes, the place was listed at $4.675, and Gigi bought it for just under $4 million. So, yeah, in addition to being an insanely successful model, she's apparently a master negotiator. Here's 10 Bond, which is within walking distance of Washington Square Park. Allegedly it was the same budiling that Gigi was shopping for a place with Zayn back in January. The two bedroom, second floor apartment she just bought is "smaller [and] cheaper" than the one they were originally eying, according to Forbes, but it's also "bigger [and] way more expensive" than anything a mere human could afford. (There's also very definitely enough space for a roommate, so the on-again-off-again rumor mill fits in well with this real estate investment.)
