It's rumored that the One Direction heartthrob just dropped a whopping $28.5 million on a penthouse in one of England's hottest new developments, the Battersea Power Station. It's certainly a big enough space to have the rest of his bandmates, or rumored girlfriend Kendall Jenner to hangout in when the weather isn't ideal for their boating adventures. The penthouse is so lavish that it even includes a personal winter garden.
