Halloween is arguably one of our favorite holidays of the year—hello, it's a whole a day dedicated to dressing up. The excitement of becoming someone or some_thing_ else is matched only by the excitement of pulling together the jaw-dropping costume that'll help pull it off.
And while making your getup from scratch can be fun (hey, we're all for a good DIY), styling one comes with an equal (if not greater) thrill of its own. Especially when you give it a fun tongue-in-cheek twist like all hipster everything.
Think of it like personal shopping…if you were Wednesday Addams or a mermaid or gingham-loving Dorothy, what would you wear? Ahead we've lined up some killer costume ideas made up of key fashion pieces that—bonus!—will last you and your wardrobe way past October 31…unlike that out-of-the-box ninja costume.
