The witchy wonder debuted in July of 1993, and the hot summer month didn’t exactly entice viewers to come out and meet the Sanderson sisters. Since that time, it’s developed a serious cult following that has allowed it to become the quintessential Halloween movie — and for good reason. In addition to featuring some mega stars (hello, Sarah Jessica Parker and Bette Midler), the movie packs in a ton of witty one-liners, spooky thrills, and a soundtrack to keep us amped for Halloween all year long.
