1/10I didn't realize that I was the closer at Monique Lhuillier until I got on the catwalk. I was a little scared and surprised all at the same time.
2/10I've always been a tomboy, shrugs Inguna Butane. The nineteen-year-old Latvian may go makeup-free when she's not in front of the lens, but that hasn't stopped her from taking the fashion world by storm. After zooming through her first year of college, a model scout persuaded her to trade in interior design books for the runway. Her first season out, the natural booked the Gucci and Dolce Gabbana campaigns. It's a dream come true! Inguna enthuses. Don't expect any diva wardrobe changes, though. 3/10Hats are one of my favorite accessories! The leather and cut of the one I wore at Proenza Schouler was amazing.
4/10I have a lot of friends in the industry, said Inguna pictured here with Natasha Poly at Oscar de la Renta. But we're really busy during the year, so fashion week is the perfect time to meet up.
5/10I was completely star struck at Zac Posen. It seems like everyone was there from super famous models like Gemma Ward and Karen Elson backstage, to P. Diddy in the front row.
6/10Walking for Tuleh was incredible. But the best part was that all the models got a pair of shoes to take home!
7/10The makeup at Gucci was beautiful and fresh. Usually if I wear any makeup at all, it's lip gloss and a bit of mascara.
8/10I love Moschino's style. Who else would pair a conservative suit with a pair of short ankle boots?
9/10The wigs were the funniest part of the Pollini show. It was amusing to see the girls try and change while keeping them in place.
10/10The Nina Ricci show had it all: bright lights, beautiful clothes, and a really long catwalk!
