Here Are the Pics of Joe Jonas’s Stunning New $40,000 a Month Hollywood Hills Home

After he and model Gigi Hadid split, the DNCE frontman sold his $3 million Los Angeles mansion in November. He’s since moved on to a hilltop mansion running $40K per month.
His new crib has glass walls, an open floor plan, and a swoon-worthy view of the Los Angeles skyline. Built in 1961, the architecture has Mad Men vibes, and it’s furnished with a mix of vintage and contemporary pieces. It’s been described as a “secret retreat in the sky” and according to the listing agent, Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency, “This is the most spectacular property on the market in this price range. There is literally nothing else like it.”
While $40K sounds obscenely high (think twenty or thirty times our rent), it’s actually a downgrade from Joe’s first post-Gigi rental — at $2,600 a night, the 7-bedroom Airbnb property rented from actor Balthazar Getty cost the former Jo-Bro a whopping $78,000 per month. So maybe it seems like a bargain with a view? We’re kind of disappointed he can’t eat cake by the ocean, but this hideaway is still pretty cool. Check out these photos of Joe’s new pad.
