Katy Perry Reveals Upcoming Shoe Line in Sneak Peak on Instagram Stories

Katy Perry has never been a wallflower when it comes to fashion. (One need only look at her music videos and red-carpet choices for proof.) But now the singer and songwriter is putting that style sensibility where her mouth... er, feet are.

While gearing up for the second release of her new installment of the Katy Perry Collection, Katy gave fans a sneak peek on Instagram stories. (She called it a "sneak peak," but we'll forgive her for the typo. Excitement can get the best of even the best spellers.) And while her last collection was filled with color, this release's palette is black and white and fun all over.

Most of the shoes in the new line adhere to a simple color scheme of black or white, and a few have fun red accents. But what's most notable is how much fun Katy clearly had while designing these. There's a white slide designed to look like a picket fence, flowers and all, and a heel that takes "black-tie" to the next level.
