Kendall Jenner Loves to Copy Her Besties' Style Moves
1/8When you spend enough time with someone, you’re inevitably going to pick up some of their habits, interests and preferences — including those involving their style! Whether you realize it or not, some of your friend’s key or signature pieces will start making their way into your wardrobe and before you know it you’ll be full-on #twinning.
So it came as no surprise that when we asked Kendall Jenner — who guest-edited our April issue! — whose style she admired, she named the three girls she’s closest with: Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne, and of course, her sister Kylie. Although each of them have radically different tastes, elements of their individual looks can be picked up in Kendall’s overall aesthetic.

2/8“I love Gigi’s style, we have similar tastes so she’s definitely an obvious choice!” Kendall says. Sleek, chic and minimal seems to be their sartorial mantra.
3/8If you follow the best friends’ styles as closely as we do, you’ll likely have noticed their shared love for pairing sporty, monotone tennis shoes with überchic looks. Normcore at its finest!
4/8“Cara wears whatever she wants, that’s what I love about her style," Kendall tells Teen Vogue. She’ll be like, ‘I’m going to wear this, I don’t care!’” Nothing says IDGAF like hiking boots, leggings and a pair of rad shades.
5/8Mirror, mirror! Whether frolicking at Glastonbury Festival or jetting between fashion shows, flash sunglasses are Cara’s eyewear of choice. Considering they’re an easy way to add a stylish punch to any outfit, it’s no surprise Kendall is also a fan of the trend.
6/8“Kylie’s style is also sick," Kendall says. "It’s hard to describe because one day she will look so cool and rock sweatpants and sneakers and the next day she’ll rock a pencil skirt. She has a wide range and is super adventurous.” White sneakers and sweatpants? Yep, Kendall definitely draws from her sister’s chameleon-like style.
7/8Both Jenner girls are known for slaying the choker, fashion's most on-trend accessory. “My sister got me a thick blue diamond choker for Christmas—I love getting new ones,” she says.
