Clean up your diet!

Avoid fatty and fried foods, and eat plenty of green veggies.

Keep your skin clean.

Buy an acne cleanser and use it am/pm as well as after any activity that makes you sweat.

Don't pick at your skin!

Sometimes when we get a bump, we immediately start performing our own surgery on it. Squeezing the skin can actually make the bump or blemish bigger and worse. Use a warm compress to make the zit come to the surface, and then it will go away on its own.

Use a calming anti-acne mask.

Look for ingredients like camphor, salicylic acid, and silk amino, and use it once or twice a week.

Get regular facials.
