Over the past few days, celebs like Ariana Grande and Kendall Jenner have been flocking to Miami Beach for Art Basel — and Kylie Jenner was no exception. Kylie, along with her boyfriend, Tyga, and some other friends spent time this weekend at a $15 million, [waterfront mansion](https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/14186434?guests=4&s=SdaBTYpo on South Beach’s Hibiscus Island, according to TMZ
The six-bedroom, seven-bathroom house is the picture of modern, luxe Miami style, with its bright white framework and endless windows. The home’s outdoor areas — which include a rooftop balcony, infinity pool, hot tub, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, and sunken grassy oasis — are perfect for sunning, outdoor-napping, or partying with friends in between Art Basel events. Inside, there’s an ultra-sleek and expansive open kitchen, living, and dining area, a movie theatre, and a gym. All of the bedrooms on the second floor have waterfront balconies that, along with the living and dining space, face west, making them perfect spots for optimal sunset-viewing.
