Kylie Jenner Absolutely Killed It in This Tasseled Mini Dress
At the ICONS By Carine Roitfeld event last night, Kylie Jenner wore a tasseled mini dress that is a masterpiece of the embellishment trend. Its construction of pearls and swaying pink strings should have been too much, but fit together for a dynamic, statement-making look on Kylie. Of course, Kendall on the carpet too, also killing it in a crystal gown, among a lineup of similarly amazing looks from Hailey Baldwin, Kaia Gerber, and Emily Ratajkowski.
