What this also means is that the risk of some major wardrobe malfunctions has also returned. This weekend, Kylie Jenner almost learned that the hard way in West Hollywood. While stepping out to celebrate Khloe's birthday, alongside her sister Kendall and bestie Jordyn Woods, Kylie wore an adorable sequined and striped mini dress with tall black heels by Alexandre Birman. The dress was vulnerable to several malfunctions including an accidental flash while getting out of the car — which almost happened.

In the past, Kylie has suffered some other wardrobe issues including a Met Gala gown made her bleed and a classic ripped jeans scenario on a major red carpet that forced her to wear a denim jacket to cover it. With this latest issue, the paparazzi and malfunction expert, made sure to keep her hands in all the right places so no unwanted photos were taken.
