Lea Michele looked as glowing as the award itself at this year's Golden Globes. The actress's skin was natural and dewy on the red carpet—the perfect compliment to her tousled hair and sequined dress. Celebrity makeup artist Melanie Inglessis purposefully created a goddess-like beauty look to compliment Lea's white gown. The actress's subtle brown smoky eye and pretty pink gloss all came together with her gleaming skin to create a look that would get anyone out of a winter makeup rut.
