Lucy Hale pulled off this casual-chic look like a pro at the Teen Choice Awards. The Pretty Little Liars actress complemented her A-line coral frock with a messy side braid and a relad take on the dramatic eye and red lip combo. She glowed with a flawless complexion, extra-long lashes, and pink glossy lips. Lucy may have scored a prize for her acting, but this look is award-worthy, too!

"I wanted Lucy's makeup to feel laid back yet glamorous so I went for a classic cat eye and red lip but used sheer textures for a more relad, modern take," explains Goodwin. "I prepped her skin with Chanel Hydra Beauty Serum. Then, I buffed Chanel Vitalumiere Aqua Creme Compact in 40 Beige with a Beauty Blender sponge. I shaded her cheekbones with Chanel Exclusive Creation Lumiere D'Artifices Beiges Illuminating Powder with Shimmer. On her lids, I blended the four shades from the Chanel Quadra Eyeshadow in Premier Regard. I elongated her eyes with Chanel Automatic Liquid Liner in Noir. For her lashes, I used Chanel Inimitable Intense Mascara in Noir. On her lips, I used Chanel Rouge Coco Shine Lipshine in En Vogue."

"Lucy wanted a messy side braid so she could still wear her hair down, but it was to one side, so you could see the structured cut-outs on the top of the dress," Cunha explains. "Start by blow drying hair with the T3 Featherweight Lu hair dryer. Next, add loose waves with the T3 SinglePass Twirl curling iron. Apply Oribe Texture Spray to give hair a messy, undone texture. Bring hair to one side and braid. To finish the look, pull out some of the pieces of the braid to give it that 'un-done' look."
