We Got Ready for the SAGs with Maisie Williams! Come Along
When Maisie Williams invited us to get ready for the SAGs with her, we had no idea what we were in for. The 17-year-old Game of Thrones starlet is naturally stunning, and her red carpet beauty looks never disappoint, but the glam style she debuted last night has got to be an all-time fave. We'd like to think she was showing off just for us, but that doesn't completely explain the next-level styling.

2/14"I've been working with Maisie since Game of Thrones started," said Mann. "I love her because she's always up for trying new things. She has a lot of fun with the getting ready process and doesn't take herself too seriously. For Comic Con this year, she mentioned that her dress was made out of actual comic books and I just remember thinking, 'This girl is so cool!' I think that sums up her approach to getting ready for the red carpet perfectly."
3/14"Because her eyes really stand out, I like to highlight her amazing skin and great cheekbones," said Mann. "I started off by prepping her skin using Murad Oil-Control Mattifier and then used Kevyn Aucoin The Primed Skin Developer as a primer."

5/14"I applied a little bit of Tarte's Amazonian Clay Waterproof Eyeliner in black just to the outer corners of her eyes and finished off the look by swiping a couple of coats of Kevyn Aucoin The Mascara Volume Mascara on her lashes and added a few Ardell individual short lashes in black."
6/14"I then used The BeautyBlender to buff Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder in #4 into Maisie's skin," said Mann. "Where I wanted a little more coverage, I used Kevyn Aucoin The Sensual Skin Enhancer in #5 and set everything using Tarte Smooth Operator Amazonian Clay Pressed Finishing Powder in Light and Laura Mercier Secret Brighting Powder (just under the eyes)."
7/14"I like to draw attention to my eyes and eyebrows," said Maisie. "They're my strongest features and I like accentuating them." Mann started off by shaping Maisie's brows using Tarte's Colored Clay Tinted Brow Gel in medium brown. She then prepped her lids using Nars Smudge-Proof Eyeshadow Base and applied Chanel Illusion D' Ombré Eyeshadow on top with a fluffy brush. Using her ring finger, Mann gently tapped Charlotte Tilbury's The Dolce Vita gold shimmer shadow onto Maisie's top lids to add extra sparkle.
8/14To create Maisie's fresh glow, Mann contoured and highlighted her skin using Charlotte Tilbury's Filmstar Bronze & Glow and added a pop of color to her cheeks using La Prairie Cellular Radiance Cream Blush in Rose Glow.
9/14"We were going for an effortless and polished look for the SAGs," said Mann. "The playful tea length of Maisie's dress was the perfect complement to the undone bun we created for her hair."
10/14"Less really is more," said Maisie. "If you can catch people's attention with your confidence, you don't need anything else."
11/14"We've had a long, cold winter in England so this event allowed me to take a break from that," said Maisie. "I've been wrapped up for months—it was nice to get colorful and show a bit of skin!"

13/14"This is my second SAG awards," said Maisie. "My favorite part is the bottled water with a built-in straw—it's perfect for when you're wearing lipstick!" Good thing because not only was she wearing lipstick, Maisie's lip color might have been the highlight of her look! "I used Temptu's new Color True Lipstick in Plush Plum," said Mann.
14/14"As a teen, picking your red carpet looks is just as important as picking roles," said Maisie. "Trying to make a smooth transition between being a child and an adult is important. I want to look age-appropriate while subtly hinting towards the fact that I am nearly 18 years old. Looking to the future, I want to push this more sophisticated look further."
