Emmys 2017: Millie Bobby Brown Gives Us All the Details on Her Calvin Klein by Appointment Look
Since Millie Bobby Brown burst onto the scene as the breakout star of Netflix's addictive sci-fi series Stranger Things, her life has been something of a fairytale. In just two short years, she went from guest appearing on a few primetime TV shows to landing the starring role of Eleven in Stranger Things, nabbing multiple magazine covers, signing a major deal with IMG Models, and posing for a Calvin Klein campaign — quite the Cinderella story. So, it makes sense that the 13-year-old star chose a princess theme for her return to the Emmys red carpet. Millie opted for a whimsical tulle skirt and ivory-white bodice, selected from the Calvin Klein by Appointment line. "I love all the different elements of the look. I love the volume and shape of the skirt. It gives the overall look a real “wow” factor and adds some drama," she told Teen Vogue. The fashion world echoed her sentiments. "I spoke with the team at Calvin Klein about what I was hoping for, and then they sent this sketch, we all knew it was the one."

I love the volume and shape of the skirt. It gives the overall look a real “wow” factor and adds some drama," she mused. "I also love the bandana because it keeps the overall look very cool, and very in line with what Raf is doing at Calvin Klein."

"I like to dress my age, so I always gravitate to things that are sophisticated but not stuffy or too serious," she revealed. "Comfort is also key for me. Nothing that will slow me down on the dance floor."

"What I love most about Eleven is that she can be tough and save the day, but still have moments where she is really vulnerable," she mused. "It's important to me to play characters with many layers. Eleven certainly has them."
