All the Best Looks at the MTV EMAs, From Ashley Benson's Tuxedo Jacket to Justin Bieber's Throwback Hoodie
1/14Remember back in the day when Justin Bieber wouldn't set foot in front of cameras without his trusty purple hoodie? At one point in time, it was as synonymous with the singer as his swoopy blonde hair. His style has undergone a transformation as significant as his sound, but apparently his loyalty to the beloved zip-up sweatshirt remains as strong as ever.
While all our favorite girls — Charli XCX, Ashley Benson, and Hailey Baldwin among them — were wearing short, shimmery party dresses, Justin Bieber took his fashion cues from the red carpet, wearing color-coordinated jogger pants, a V-neck tee, and a slouchy hoodie. His pal Martin Garrix was similarly dressed down in a leather jacket and jeans, while the other dudes on the red carpet — Ed Sheeran and Gregg Sulkin — looked pretty sharp in suits. Unsurprisingly, though, no one rocked a suit better than host Ruby Rose.
