MTV VMAs 2023 Red Carpet: See All the Celebrity Dresses, Outfits, and Looks

The MTV Video Music Awards red carpet is the place where historic looks are born, so of course, we are all eyes for the VMAs 2023. Taking place on September 12, the MTV VMAs are a music spectacle, but that does not mean fashion is forgotten. (This year, they fall in the middle of Fashion Month, after all!)

With both nominees and performers creating a star-studded lineup, celebs were expected to dress to the nines for the occasion, and they delivered. All the way from South Korea, the VMAs welcomed TXT (who snagged their first Moon Person during the pre-show) as well as Stray Kids.

Doja Cat, who was already around town for NYFW hijinks, made sure to make a statement once she hit the red carpet, wearing a barely-there spiderweb dress that left very little to the imagination. And, of course, talk of the town Olivia Rodrigo, who just celebrated the release of her sophomore album GUTS in the city, also made her way to New Jersey to grace the red carpet in a silver number. While some celebs, like Ice Spice and Lil Nas X, skipped the carpet and went straight to the main event, we still got a glimpse at their looks inside the press room.
