Rub the strip with your fingers to warm it before peeling it off its plastic backing.

Choose the best size strip for each nail and trim with a scissors if necessary to fit.

Peel off the strip and apply it to your nail with the rounded end close to your cuticle. Rub your nail starting at the center and working the material to the edges and sides of your nail. You can use a cuticle stick or Q-Tip to help.

Give a final smoothing rub and hold firm pressure over any remaining bubbles or creases on the nail.

Press the material over the edge of your nail and use an ultra fine nail file to remove the excess. Trim excess with a scissors if you feel it's necessary.
