Though chai is typically more of a winter flavor, we’re more than happy to make an exception for these mouth-watering cookies from Clara Persis. Plus, we really can’t resist anything with the words “brown butter” in it. We’re sold.

White Chocolate Chip Cookies with Oats and Cherries
Kiwi & Carrot calls this recipe “the fancy-pants cousin to the basic” oatmeal raisin cookie, thanks to the addition of dried cherries and white chocolate chips. And we’re into it: The tangy cherry taste in place of raisins will heighten the cookie’s flavor, and when mixed with white chocolate chips, you have a perfect sweet-and-sour treat.
