Oscars 2020: Best After-Party Looks

After crushing it on the Oscars 2020 red carpet in their fabulous formalwear, celebs enjoyed the after-parties. The night was filled with prestigious awards and performances by everyone from Janelle Monae and Cynthia Erivo, and major wins like for Matthew Cherry's Hair Love — but then, stars were able to change clothes, get comfortable, and celebrate at the after-parties!

You thought they came to slay just one red-carpet look? You thought wrong! Whether celebs attended the legendary Vanity Fair bash or opted for another shindig, they looked just as stunning postshow. Alexa Demie went with the popular color of the night: black, for the after-party, while her costar Alison Sweeney and Tracee Ellis Ross chose metallic outfits for fun, games, and photo ops. While there's no little gold trophy for best after-party look, we'd award it to Halima Aden for her sleek, sophisticated velvet dress, for sure.
