Philippa Coulthard Shares Her Diary from the Ferragamo Show at Milan Fashion Week
Fashion Week isn't all glamour: there's grueling work behind-the-scenes at every level from assistant to designer, stylist to publicist. But some aspects of the four-city, month-long marathon are simply magical. Actress Philippa Coulthard lived out her own fashion fairy tale when she attended her first runway show — the Ferragamo Spring 2019 showing — dressed in an outfit by the Italian fashion brand. Every detail felt plucked from a dream: her handwritten invitation, the scores of shopping bags waiting to be unboxed. Not to mention, the elegant designs on the runway, all rooted in neutral tones with subtle pops of color. Her pinch-me moments continued after the runway finale: Pippa enjoyed a pasta dinner overlooking the Duomo in Milan.
