Face
For the perfect, sunkissed glow that one would only get from spending hours sailing through rocky waters, Zomnir suggests using Baked Bronzer all over the face and neck. "Apply until it appears kind of dirty. After all, no pirate girl is super clean — she’s too busy stealing jewels to wash her face!" she says.

Body
Last but not least, you need an eye-catching tattoo. Use the Starlight Body Art Kit to create a glitter skull on the upper arm, and you’ll be ready to swash buckle your way through haunted houses all night long!

Face
To achieve a realistic flush, "lightly dab Afterglow Glide-On Cheek Tint directly on the apples of the cheeks, blending with your fingers until the desired intensity is achieved."

Lips
Keep the lips simple yet strong by lining and filling them in with Super-Saturated Lip Pencil in Adrenaline, a sparkly fuchsia. "Not only does this shade look bewitching, but the pencil is easy to stash and take along for touch-ups throughout the night," she notes.
Urban Decay Super-Saturated High Gloss Lip Color, $19. sephora.com.

Eyes
Add a touch of shimmery glamour by using Primer Potion in Sin: apply it onto the eyelid and all the way up to the brow. Heavily line the upper and lower lash lines with 24/7 Pencil in Zero (a matte black), smudging the line with Stardust Eyeshadow in Void using a Q-Tip. "By lining first, you can get a really deep, smoldering smokiness," Zomnir says.
Next, blend in Stardust Eyeshadow in Diamond Dog (a sparkly brown), working it in and out of the crease. Further define the crease by applying Eyeshadow in Oil Slick with a fluffy brush. To "downblend," which Zomnir says will "kick up the intensity," apply a matte beige shade, like Eyeshadow in Foxy, on the brow bone; blend it downward towards the crease.
Reapply 24/7 Pencil in Zero until you achieve your desired level of smokiness. "Line the water line twice, getting it super dark, and don’t forget the inner corners!" she adds. Instead of mascara, Zomnir recommends wearing Instaflare Lashes to get a much more dramatic lash effect.
Urban Decay 24/7 Glide-on Eye Pencil Duo, $29. urbandecay.com.
