13 Times Everyone on Pretty Little Liars Should Have Been Arrested
Fact: The Pretty Little Liars are #squadgoals. Also fact: they're hardened criminals who should be in jail. These ladies and their gaggle of boyfriends have committed almost as many crimes as A, including murder, breaking and entering, ritualistic stalking (ahem, EZRA), theft, and hoodie-related fashion crimes. With PLL's Season 6B just around the corner (come at us, January 12), it's time to revisit all the times the Liars and their friends should have been arrested (but weren't because the Rosewood Police Department is the definition of LOLs).

1/13When Aria "Accidentally" Killed Shana
Lest you've forgotten, Aria Montgomery is a stone-cold murderer. Like, she is a legit killer just wandering around rural Pennsylvania. Who knows when she'll strike again? Aria accidentally bludgeoned Shana to her death in New York City after mistakenly thinking she was A, and it's just like, Aria. We know Shana was threatening to kill Allison, but, like, control your American Psycho urges. Girl has zero chill.

2/13That One Time Ezra Was Filming/Stalking a Bunch of Teenagers
Look, we all love ourselves some Ezra, but can we please take a moment to acknowledge that he's a predator? Ezra spent months filming Aria and her gal pals in secret for "book research," because apparently that's totally a normal thing to do. Like, maybe if your book requires you to stalk teenagers, don't write it?

Remember when the Liars thought it would be a good idea to play a prank on Jenna, but instead they just blinded her and lit her garage on fire with a stink bomb? Hands up if you think they should have clocked in community service hours for arson. Just a thought.

4/13Every Single Time the Liars Stole Confidential Patient Information
Because Rosewood Hospital and Radley Sanitarium suck at protecting patient confidentiality, the Liars were able to break in and steal files. They even wandered into a morgue to casually tamper with some bodies without anyone arresting them. PSA to the hospitals of Rosewood: Please fire everyone.

Ever wonder where Hanna got her penchant for shoplifting? Probably her mother, who casually pilfered money from a dying old lady's safety deposit box. It should also be noted that she was hooking up with a cop at the time. So, to recap: Ashley committed a felony and got away with it.

Jason DiLaurentis seems like a pretty nice guy, right? Wrong. He was part of the N.A.T. Club (aka the "We See All" club) with Ian Thomas and Garrett Reynolds, who spent their time filming the teenage girls of Rosewood. How very Ezra Fitz of them!

7/13When Melissa Buried Bethany Young Alive
Because everyone in Rosewood is terrible at everything, poor Bethany Young was buried alive by Melissa Hastings. Turns out Melissa stumbled across Bethany's body after she'd been knocked out by Mona, assumed she was Ali (as ya do), and decided to bury her. So basically, she killed someone due to an epic case of mistaken identity.

8/13When Alison's Mom Buried Her Alive
In what might be the worst parenting moment of all time, Mrs. DiLaurentis found her daughter's unconscious body and decided to bury her alive. To be fair, she thought Ali was dead, but again, maybe don't randomly bury the bodies you come across in the woods, mmmk?

9/13That Time Meredith Casually Poisoned Aria
Byron Montgomery's deranged girlfriend thought it was a good idea to poison Aria's tea and then lock her in the basement — and yep, she got away with it #BecauseRosewood. We haven't heard from Meredith since, but it's safe to assume that she's murdered several people by now.

Last time we checked, grave digging was frowned upon — but that didn't stop Mr. DiLaurentis from sauntering over to Charles' grave and digging it up. Tragically, this ridiculously illegal decision was far from the creepiest dad moment on PLL.

For a high school student, Noel Khan knows what's up when it comes to conning the government. He managed to get CeCe Drake a fake passport to Paris, which should have definitely landed him on a watch list. Again, dude was 17 and living in suburban Pennsylvania. What is happening, even?

The Little Liars are a pretty resourceful bunch of teenagers, but how many of your high school friends moonlight as hackers? Literally everyone at Rosewood High is #LivingThatHackingLife, but no moment was more glorious than the time Mona snuck into the police department and hacked their system from a bathroom stall. Get your act together, Rosewood PD.
