Selena Gomez Teen Choice Awards Makeup: Celebrity Beauty Breakdown

The star's makeup artist reveals how she created her statement smoky eyes and light pink lipstick look.

Selena Gomez's makeup at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards took pretty in pink to the next level&#8212more sophisticated&#8212level. Her light pink lipstick was the perfect link to pull both her fierce eyeshadow and neon ensemble together.

Inspired by Selena's hot pink frock, Karan Mitchell created a fun, flirty look with mega-long lashes and pink lip gloss. She focused her attention on Selena's eyes by layering the shadows, the liner, and finishing it off with false lashes. She applied the foundation using a damp sponge to keep Selena's skin dewy. For extra brightness, Karan added concealer under Selena's eyes and on the t-zone. She contoured Selena's cheeks with bronzer and applied vibrant blush to her cheekbones for a summer glow.
